Recognition announcedOctober 16, 2026

Recognition based onHighest Verified Impact

1. Sponsor

The #Project10XSWLA Greatest Impact Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored and administered by Beauty of Life Foundation, 4401 Lake St, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70605 (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to support@beautyoflife.foundation.

2. Agreement to the Rules

By entering, each participant agrees to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning eligibility, documentation, valuation, scoring, and administration. Sponsor’s decisions are final to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not enter.

3. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to legal residents of Louisiana who are at least 18 years old when they enter. Organizations may participate and receive recognition.

4. Challenge Period

The Challenge begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on September 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 15, 2026 (the “Challenge Period”). Entries or supporting documentation received outside the Challenge Period may be rejected. Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping records.

5. Contribution-Based Challenge

All approved contributions are combined, verified, and converted into one dollar value called “Verified Impact.” Financial contributions, eligible resources, services, and human-capital investments count together toward that value. Contributions are voluntary, final, nonrefundable, and do not guarantee recognition.

Sponsor does not promise that any payment is fully tax-deductible. Participants should consult their own tax adviser. Sponsor will provide any acknowledgment or disclosure required by law.

6. How to Enter

During the Challenge Period, submit the #Project10XSWLA participation form or email the Sponsor with your full name, contact information, Louisiana city, state, and ZIP code, participation type, and claimed financial and/or human-capital contribution. Human-capital claims must include a description, claimed fair value, date delivered, and supporting documentation. One participant profile is permitted per person, but multiple approved contributions may be combined under that profile. Automated, false, incomplete, or misdirected submissions are void.

7. What Counts as Human-Capital Impact

Eligible impact may include scholarships or education; mentorship or professional services; internships or apprenticeships; certifications or workforce training; entrepreneurship or employment pathways; healthcare or wellness support; and books, technology, equipment, resources, or other approved services that create meaningful access or opportunity for young people in Southwest Louisiana.

The impact must be lawful, actually delivered during the Challenge Period, capable of reasonable verification, and primarily intended to benefit the next generation rather than the participant. Pledges, speculative future value, ordinary marketing exposure, inflated valuations, undocumented claims, pass-through transactions, and services that were not delivered do not count.

8. Documentation and Valuation

Participants are responsible for providing clear and truthful evidence. Sponsor may request receipts, invoices, proof of delivery, recipient or partner confirmation, attendance records, photographs, service logs, market-rate comparisons, professional rate sheets, or other reasonable documentation.

Cash and purchased goods are valued at the documented amount actually delivered. Donated goods are valued at their reasonable fair market value. Professional services are valued using a documented customary rate and verified time delivered, subject to Sponsor’s review. Sponsor may reduce or reject unsupported, duplicated, self-dealing, exaggerated, or unreasonable valuations. The social or future economic value of an outcome is not itself counted as a dollar amount.

9. Greatest Impact Scoring

Each participant’s “Verified Impact” is the combined dollar value of (a) financial contributions actually received and cleared by Sponsor during the Challenge Period and (b) the Sponsor-approved fair value of eligible, documented resources, services, and human-capital impact delivered during the Challenge Period. The eligible participant with the highest Verified Impact at the close of the Challenge Period will be considered for Greatest Impact recognition.

If two or more eligible participants have the same verified value, an independent or conflict-screened review panel selected by Sponsor will resolve the tie using the following factors: strength of documentation, 25%; depth of benefit, 25%; number and relevance of people reached, 25%; and likelihood of lasting benefit, 25%. The tied participant with the highest panel score will be considered for Greatest Impact recognition.

10. City Leaderboard

The City Leaderboard will aggregate each participant’s Verified Impact under the participant’s verified Louisiana city of residence. For an organization, city credit follows its verified principal business city. Sponsor may request reasonable proof of city when needed. Only the credited city and aggregate city total may be displayed publicly. The City Leaderboard is for community recognition and regional measurement only; no cash prize is awarded to a city under these rules.

11. Recognition Verification and Announcement

The participant receiving Greatest Impact recognition is expected to be announced on October 16, 2026, subject to final verification. Sponsor will contact the participant using the submitted contact information. The participant may be required to respond within five calendar days, provide government-issued identification, and complete an eligibility declaration and liability/publicity release where lawful before recognition is confirmed. Failure to respond, satisfy these rules, or complete required documents may result in disqualification and selection of the next highest verified eligible participant.

12. Content, Privacy, and Public Recognition

Participants retain ownership of submitted materials. By entering, participants grant Sponsor a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to review, verify, reproduce, and display submitted names, city information, impact descriptions, and supporting nonconfidential materials for Challenge administration, reporting, and promotion. Participants must have permission before submitting another person’s private information, image, story, or records. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account information, or information identifying a minor without lawful parent or guardian authorization.

Where permitted by law, the recognized participant agrees that Sponsor may use the participant’s name, city, likeness, voice, and verified impact story for Challenge-related publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor will honor a participant’s reasonable request not to appear on a public leaderboard, but private identification and documentation remain required for verification.

13. Fair Play and Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify a participant or exclude claimed impact for fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, manipulation, duplicate reporting, tampering, unlawful conduct, conflicts of interest, failure to cooperate with verification, or conduct that threatens the fairness, safety, integrity, or reputation of the Challenge. Participants may not claim the same impact under multiple profiles or coordinate artificial transactions designed primarily to inflate a score.

14. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

If fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, public emergency, legal restriction, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the Challenge, Sponsor may pause, modify, extend, or cancel it. Any change will be communicated publicly and administered as fairly as reasonably possible. Sponsor may correct clerical errors or clarify these rules, but will not materially change verified scoring after the Challenge begins unless necessary for legality, safety, or fairness.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, service providers, and promotional partners from claims arising from participation, except claims that cannot lawfully be waived. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or technically failed submissions, or for unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

These rules are governed by Louisiana law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a legal claim, a participant must send a written description of the dispute to Sponsor and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution. Unless prohibited by law, any unresolved proceeding must be brought individually, and not as a class or representative action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Severability and Order of Control

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. If promotional language conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.

18. Independent Initiative

The Challenge is administered solely by Beauty of Life Foundation. Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, #Project10XSWLA is not sponsored, administered, endorsed, or guaranteed by Grant Cardone, Cardone Enterprises, any participating city or public official, PayPal, or any social-media platform.

Referral participation terms

Proposed $1,000 referral competition · Final prize eligibility and tie resolution must be confirmed before launch. Participation does not guarantee a prize.

One person. One referral credit.

A qualifying referral is a genuinely new participant who follows your personal invitation link, creates one profile, accepts the participation terms and passes Foundation review. No donation is required. New entries must be created from September 15 at 12:00 a.m. through October 15 at 11:59 p.m., 2026, Central Time. Early profiles may prepare links; early registrations do not earn points.

People age 18 or older may create profiles from any city or country. Global participation does not by itself establish cash-prize eligibility. Final prize terms will identify eligible locations and exclusions before the contest starts.

Your invitation, their impact

The invitation used when a participant first creates their profile is the sole referral attribution. Existing profiles cannot be referred again or switch inviters. Repeat clicks, share-button taps, self-referrals, duplicate people, fake accounts and spam earn no points. A verified account alone is not proof of a unique person; the Foundation reviews entries and can reject or reverse credit with a recorded reason.

A referred person’s donations and resources remain credited to that contributor. They never increase the inviter’s Greatest Impact score or duplicate campaign totals.

Referral recognition

The proposed $1,000 referral prize recognizes the eligible person who brings in the most verified new participants. Referral standings are provisional; equal counts share a rank and do not trigger an automatic payout.

Your profile and privacy

Your sign-in identity is used to maintain one account. The Foundation privately stores your contact email, chosen name, city, country, invitation attribution and verification history to administer participation. Your name and city appear on the referral board only if you opt in; otherwise an alias is displayed. Invite people who welcome the invitation. Do not upload identification, financial or medical documents here.
